Amenities 

What are the front desk hours? 

Our office is open from 9am - 5:30pm every day. Should you have an emergency after hours, please call the emergency contact number that is posted on the front door. Check-in begins at 2 pm, and checkouts are at 10:30 am.

What amenities do you provide in the rooms? 

All rooms are equipped with refrigerators, stove top burners, and a microwave. We provide each studio with a set of towels for two people and cable TV. 

Most rooms include internet WIFI service.  

 

How many people can a studio accommodate? 

Our king size studios will accommodate one or two persons. Our double studios will accommodate up to four persons.

 

What is meant by laundry facilities? 

Our property has an on-site coin operated laundry facility available 24 hours a day.

 

What is your pet policy?  

Pets are not allowed. 

 

Do you have smoke-free rooms? 
Yes. All of our rooms are smoke-free.

Rates 

What are your rates and payment/deposit policy?

Weekly rates are $199.00 and up.

 

Weekly guests will be charged one week's room and tax upon arrival. You may choose to stay longer, if so your agreement renews and payment of one week's room and tax is due by 10:30 am on the weekly anniversary of your check-in day.

 

There is a $10.00 fee for each additional person.

 

A security deposit of $40.00 dollars is required for all guests no matter the length of their stay. Your security deposit is refundable after check out as long as the room is left in good condition.
